Hello friends this is Sumanth today I am going to review on Philips BT1212/15 Beard Trimmer.
So friends today I am with this new electronic product trimmer. This trimmer belongs to Philips company. I had heard some good things about this company. But after using their product I feel like it is just a false news.
My dear friends I bought this trimmer four months ago I read all the instructions given by them. I got to know that we must not touch it or bring it in contact with the water which I have not at all done. They had also mentioned to charge regularly. As I use this daily so for sure I was charging it daily.
It hurts me because even after following all their instructions properly but still it has been spoilt. They reply me now saying that you have not charged the trimmer regularly. I had a warranty of one year which is valid even now but still they declined my request by saying it is not their fault.
