Yes the product is easy to use and like every other steam iron. But it takes comparitively more time in heating than other irons. I don’t enjoy ironing using spray as its not much required. But sometimes when we need it for hard clothes than the water spray is very uneven, it means that it spills more water on some areas making your clothes wet . It doesnt has a proper sprinkler. Talking about its lid, cant tell when it gets stuck!
Durability: The product is durable as I have been using it for over an year and its almost turned on daily, But still till now we never faced some technical issues in it. Its working the same as it was on first day.
Style and design: It has a stylish look and is comfortable to handle. It has no major issues with this. Easy to handle and has a beautiful design. But I would have loved it even more if it was bit simpler.
Service and support: It came with a six months warranty but luckily even after an year I never had to call them. The only thing they need to improve is the heating speed and the sprinkler. Other than that its good.
