Hi Everyone, Today I am going to share about the most common household product Iron. Yes each and everyone used this product no matter what gender you have. A iron play a kin role in our household because child & adult both used this product for press our dress of school or office. As like you I bought a iron from a branded company Philips just because of its name and fame. I bough this product from Amazon India on 01 June 2016 at a price of nearly 1100/- INR. I used this product nearly 8 months so here I am sharing my experiences which make help to make a decision if you wish to buy this product -
First of all its use - In add I seen that it is much easier to used this Philips product but in reality it is not so. After get the product I am excited to used it. As it is a water spray or steam system you can said. So I put the water in it, put the power on and start ironing my cloths. But to be frank I am not so comfortable with it because it stuck several time on cloths while I am ironing.
It is very bad experience with such big brand when I noticed that the water I put in it goes directly on the cloths instead of steam. That is the reason it stuck on cloths and put water marks on them. This is really annoying me a lot with Philips. So I must say this product with me not durable.
Style and design was this product is OK. But in term of weight it is a bit heavier. So you may fell pain if ironing a lot of cloths at time due to its weight.
Service is also poor from Philips specially in iron product. I registered complain online and the technician visited me after 17 days as they said they don’t have so much complain regarding iron in my area. But as a customer its not my problem, so I am really disappoint with this product so I must said my experience with this product is not so good.
