We bought this Philips Go Gear Mp4 player couple of weeks back.I am totally disappointed with this product.Few negative points which I have observed .Firsty, the sound quality is very poor even when u keep your volume to maximum you can hardly hear . Uploading any songs in thos mp 4 player is a mission.Firstly u have to download a software and getting this software to work took me forever.We brought this product with the brand name Philips being such a reputed company I dont even know on what basis they launch this product.I will not recommend anyone to buy this product.
