I purchased philips hl 1631 500w juicer mixer grinder from snapdeal. I received product in good packaging. but when I operated the juicer for the first time I add apple and strawberries for making juice in juicer after 1minute of juicer . its stopped working, my half juice was made, and I tried everything but my juicer was not working burning like smell was coming from the juicer. poor quality product is these I mailed snapdeal now waiting for snapdeal reply.
