I purchased PHILIPS HL 1632 500 W Juicer Mixer Grinder on 07/07/2016 from BIG Bazaar, Sigra, Varanasi. In august we saw that stainless steel jar is cracked from the top. We had purchased this JMG thinking PHILIPS to be quality brand. With our experience it seems that PHILIPS is compromising on quality. I had launched a complaint vide # 60-0003260545 on 16/08/2016 but it is in vain. PHILIPS after sales sucks.
