This product has been in our kitchen for 2 years in a row and it works fine till now. The design itself is more than enough to get an urge to use this in any possible way , this product is very user frirndly , you can use this product without reading long product description and warning list.Good thing about this product is that you can easily clean the jar either by hand or in dishwasher.I have used this product and say that without doubt that this grinder can seriously take on work , you can grind dry spices, daal , vegetable anything. Whole set weights almost 5 kg which is handy and will not fall when use it on high speed due to its 3 air sucken supports. Best thing that attractes me is its design , its colour , it is like good showpiece to place in kitchen.
I have never faced any problem with this product till date so I dont know about its complaint service.
