Yaa I agree that now a days nobody is using home theatres as mobile phones are dominating every aspect of technology. But I can assure you that philips is good choice when you want to buy an home theatre. The sound system is really good. It wont be odd and im sure if wont disturb neighbours more like normal oofers. The sound comes from it will be good ! Picture quality is also good. I bought in 2010 and still it is working good no repair till now. No read and tear of instrument was observed.
