It is very disheartening to get wrong commitments from a company like philips. Recently, I purchased a Philips LED TV model 32pfl326357/v7 with Philips Home Theatre HTS3235BL/94. As per the website FAQ section of both the products both of them are supposed to support HDMI ARC functionality though which I can hear the sound of TV through Home Theatre System. However, after purchasing both these products when I tried to use this feature the same is not working. Even the technician who visited was unable to give a solution. Please visit the link-

on Philips websites FAQ section specific to this model indicating that this feature works with the mentioned model of LED TV. The same link mentions that Wi-Fi is not available on this model which is true and HDMI ARC is available which is untrue. My money is wasted and Philips is not responding. I intend to take this to consumer forum.
