The device was delivered through an online site. The product is very small nifty, and sturdy. Battery life of this mp3 is below average honestly. You have to charge it for 4 hrs a day and then get the output of 1 hr maximum. Default headphones are useless and uncomfortable. But after using a quality earpiece the sound output is amazing on this mp3 player. Also the construction is not good. It does not have a lock button, it keeps getting paused, specially during exercises and workout. It also gets hanged and then you ahave to reset it again and again. So I would give it only one star.
