I have purchased this in Dec 2016, till now I am using it regularly. Its miracle that my beard grows up too early that I need to trim after every 3 days, and yes for my expectation it performs good. Let’s start with the review.
Build Quality= Build quality of this product is too good. It can resist drop. The outer plastic body is too strong and can prevent to inflict any damage on whats inside. The shape is ergonomics your hand does not get hurted while using it. The part which you hold while trimming is smooth and evenly rounded. Its also too light.
Performance= Performance, by far is okay. Motor is too fast and trimmering is neat. But blades are not sharp enough to trim mustache evenly. For trimming chin part it is too good and superior.
Trimming Experience= Trimming is good for regular usage only. For styling it is not the one you need. Shadow trimming is easy to achieve. What I have experience is trimming out neck part is basically harder than to trim out face and cheeks. No cuts and nicks at all, but if you dig it enough on your face surface without the adjuster/cap(whatever you like to call it) you will get shock. Use adjuster accordingly, if you like to achieve shadow, remove it. If you like to have dark shadow style use it on 1. If you want to just trim out your oddly beard use it at 2.
Using this trimmer on private parts is not recommended at all. However if you like to proceed, please use adjuster.
Battery backup= battery backup is not quite good as described. For me, it works around 2-3 hours after 10 hours of charge. The company claims it to run 45 days all along, nice joke though. One important thing is you can not use it while charging.
There is no charging indicator on the trimmer itself. Once you connect it with charger the light glows up but only if you have plugged it on socket.
QT4005/15 vs QT4001= Both are same, the only difference is trimming range. However, if you pluck the adjuster, both will work same. Their is no need to spend extra on it.

Value for Money= Too good for regular usage. Battery is something I disappoint here but trimming is good as expected. I would highly recommend this product for people with average beard.
