I am sharing with you my own experience to using this trimmer I have bought it from Amazon in Jan. 2015 and still I am using it smoothly. I would like to share with you that just before few days my trimmer battery was failed and I couldn’t able to use it but thank you very much to philips that they provides us great service when I had call to customer center they guide me to where I have to go and submit my problems and I went to Philips center and they replace my product in 3 days.
Thanks once again to Philips and I personally recommend to all friends to buy this trimmer.
