I bought this trimmer a year & half ago. it is one of the latest trimmer available in the market. it gets full charge within just one hour, and stays charged for more than 2 months. it trims beard very well, once or twice I had a small cut on my skin but it is ok. it is very powerfull and cuts hair without getting struck. my previous china made trimmers used to get struck in my beard, but this one never got struck, but instead very smoothly shaves through the ruff hair. after nearly a year of use, it got slow & got very much heated. I was bit worried, later I dropped some oil drops into the trimmer blades.
After that the problem got solved. till now I never got any problem so that I can take it to customer care. but still I have got nearly 5 years warranty, so no need to worry much about repairs & wearouts. I suggested my friends & relatives to buy this same model. quick charge & long lasting. and it is value for money because I bought it in Amazon on some festive offer, so it saved some more money.
