Well friends, when I was searching for a trimmer, there were N numbers of question in my mind but the most I was worried about original product because I was searching and willing to buy online and the second one was battery backup. So after a long search and going through various products I finally came to this one and first of all its look got my attention. I found it quite attractive and a product with super cool design. So after going through full specifications I bought it. After buying I wanted to give my review for this trimmer but then I thought that it will not be an honest review because I had not have sufficient experience of this trimmer so I decided to wait for sometime.
Now after 2 months of uses, I am giving my opinion about this product.
So first of all come to the ease of use. QT 4011/15 got ergonomic design which gives you strong and easy grip on the trimmer so that you can use it easily at any part of your beard. It comes with a adjustment comb which gives you facility to adjust the lenght of beard from 0.5 mm to 10 mm. Here please keep this in mind that this is a trimmer not a shaver so dont expect a clean shave look. Except that clean shave look it will give you 2-3 days shave look at 0.5 mm adjustment.
If you are thinking about value for money then let me tell you, according to my search for a trimmer with same specifications this is the best product what you can get. At this price you will not get a trimmer with 1 hour charging and 90 minutes uses from any manufacturer and the best part you dont need to oil its blades. Its oilfree, isn’t it cool?
Its blades are very much sharp and cut precisely. Its ergonomic design is very much helpfull to get you what you want from a good trimmer. Adjustment comb is not quite effective after 7 mm but I do not keep that long beard so it is fine for me. Battery also gives you the true backup what is aforesaid. So it is very effective trimmer.
Only one thing that could be improved is noise. QT 4011/15 produces much noise than the trimmers from Panasonic and some other brands but that is not a problem really while it have various plus points over all those brands. Top of that it comes with 2 years warranty and one year extended warranty if you register this product on Philips website.
So if you are planning to buy a good trimmer, go for it.
