Pathetic service, no one should book from them if they want to reach some where on time. they display 11: 45 PM at night as a time for departure in pune but dont leave before 1: 50 AM
(2 hours late).

when I was calling them, they were saying they will call when bus which reach my boarding point, as it was 11: 45 in night I waited there for 1 hour and then have to make my own arrangements at 12: 45 in night.
I am really thankful i got some thing else for mumbai, else I would have missed my flight for 5: 30 am in morning if I would have waited for them in pune.
and then they called at 1: 45 am.
Apart from this, they dont feel any apologetic for their behaviour nad ever ready to fight with you.
firstly my money for booking this pathtic bus got wasted as they were so late. and apart from this because of them I had to book can on urgent basis which costed me more.
really would advise not to go with them.
late and very unfair, unappologetic, misbehaviour of them.
