Hello friend, u am Md zafar. I am writing this review as I experienced. First of all, thanks to Mouthshut, it helped me alot in finding good products and at the same time it allows us to write the experience about product. Coming to the point, I have bought this phillips iron from Amazon for ₹1470 past month. In the photos the products were looking good, but when I start using it the iron did not gets heated enough to iron a cloth. When I iron cotton clothes, the stretches on the cloth remains the same. For the first time, it is because of low voltage but I have tried various time at friends home with sufficient voltage, but my iron did not gets heated. When did I request for return of product, they ( amazon) said the returning time is over. The iron is in warrenty period but there isn’t any service center of phillips in my area. Now I am stuck with this waste product.
