Please do not ever buy this project. Horrible after sales support. No body at Phillips bothered about pains customer facing. After trying for last five days for change of filter nobody is responding. I am really frustrated.
Name Phillips suggest and give lot of promises but nothing met and looks like false promises. With swine flue threat looming around I can not afford this kind of service.
You should be at least sensitive to customer calling you for five days for simple filter replacement.
