I have been using phonepe for a very long time now for all my transactions and had a very good experience with it.But recently I sent 10000 rupees to my friend, the transaction shows successful on the app but my friend did not receive the the money.
I waited for a couple of days but still the same issue, then I raised a complaint in the app and after a few hours I received an update saying that the transaction is successful and ask the receiver to contact their bank .My friend then contacted the bank and they said that they did not receive any such transaction request from phonepe.
I then called phonepe customer care and told them the whole story, they checked details for a few minutes and said that they can not help me further as the transaction is successful from their side.My money is now gone and there is nothing I can do about it.Please don’t use this app my friends.
