There is no doubt that Phone Pe app is a very good UPI Transactional APP. Still this app has some technical issues while making transactions.
PHONE PE App gives so many facilities in its app such as Money Transfer ( directly into the receiver’s account) , Mobile Recharges, DTH recharges of almost all company DTH providers, Electricity Bill Payments, Insurance installments payment etc.So, Phone Pe, is a good app undoubtedly.
BUT, It has some technical problems while making payments or Transactions.I have been using this app since July month.
And I was satisfied with it’s functional ability but now it is going less useful to me and may be to everyone too.I had done a transaction of 98 Rs. on 5 November, BUT, It was failed at that time.
Then I thought that it might be some problem.and it would be solved with in 4-5 days.
BUT, I was wrong. The amount of failed transaction was not refunded to me till now.This is really so embarrassing thing for this app. Although my money has gone, but now, I don’t do any transaction from this app. I only do recharges from this app.Finally, If any one of you is thinking about using this app, PLEASE be aware and think before making transactions from here.
