I am using phone pe from last 6 months. I have registered my bank account with phone pe. I transferred 1000 rs to my friend on emergency.
After sending the amount, it has been debited from by bank account but received to the receipient.
Transaction status reflecting as pending, no customer care assistance is provide. When I searched the whole application , I found HELP button where already prefilled questionaire and answers are reflecting.example: if you select Im unable to transfer my funds to receiver. You will see an auto populated answer stating that, you have transferred to so & so bank and require bank approval to credit funds. it will take 7 days for reversal or approval.
I complained, requested but no use. neither they reply to our complaint or resolve.
