I made a purchase on Flipkart worth rs 1044and already I had 14 rs in phone pe wallet.
Rs1030 was debited from my you account.
But I cancelled the order and my Flipkart orders list says the merchant had refunded my money.and provided a reference number.but even after 5days I didn’t received my refund.
Flipkart says their part is clear I have raised complaint against the transaction with reference number in their customer care.
But they have the worst customer care service.
They won’t provide solution.
I think I have lost my hard earned money.
