Customer support is clueless

I installed Phonepe in July month for online recharge purpose. I paid electricity bill of rs1010 for which I account was debited but I recieved message from Phonepe that my trasanction was failed. I waited for refund and atlast I raised a complaint.


Phonepe executive asked me to wait for 7 days as it takes 7 days for refund. After 7 days I again called customer care but they didnt have any information. They adviced me to contact my bank. My bank provided all the necessary information regarding the transaction. When again I went to phonepe customer care, again they were clueless. Atlast, with my own efforts I got to know about my money. Phone pe executives were not at all helpful and they didnt have any information either.


Points to remember:


1) If somehow your transaction failed, dont call them as they will blame you only and never provide information on same.


2) Process of refund is 7 days which is not in case of any other service provider like PayTM and Freecharge.


3) They think that customer is dumb and dont know anything about online purchase or recharge.


4) Forget about money in case of failed transaction and keep on praying to God as phonepe will never ever help in that case.


Conclusion:


If you want good cashback then only recharge from this app else stay away from them.
