Phonepe is new money tranfer app. The theme is good but have many issues in this app. You can transfer money to other banks , you can pay your electricity bill and do your recharge and many more. It also send attractive cashback but not in your account it have their own phonepe wallet in which your cashback is back.
The wrost thing of this app is its kyc process. It gives many method to do your kyc like adhaar kyac and pan kyc. When I click on the adhaar kyc it show that it is not avaliable and then I click on pan kyc it take my pan number and my kyc done.
After kyc done I got cashback of rupees 100 from money transfer in my ponepe wallet. When I withdraw my 100 rupees in my account it shows that my kyc is not done and giving me option to complete my adhaar kyc when I click on the complete kyc it show that the adhaar kyc is not avaliable now. I waited about 15 day but the kyc option is not avaliabled then I call the phonepe service they told me that the site site work is running on the phonepe website. You wait for some days.
Today is 60 th day of this problem but it did not resolve till now. The second problem is after logout from phonepe app it doesnot login. I phase this problem from a week now I recharge my phone of 100 rupees which in my phone pe wallet and uninstall the wrost and problem app. Please don not use this
