Before sharing my experience I would like to state some information and the use of phonepe application. The phonepe application is generally a payments application which can be used for many type of applications such as prepaid and postpaid recharge, gas bill electricity bill and many more you can pay for some restaurant was also also provides you with facilities like online payment online transactions from one number to another bank account and from one account to another bank account so this facility is a highly useful for an individual has not assigned for Internet banking and it is very fast also as I have been using it I have experienced. I am giving this review in a negative note just because of its cash back policies which doesn’t let you to transfer the cashback amount to your bank account instead you will have to use it only just for online transactions through phonepe only like recharging phone and can be used for some more online websites like Flipkart who accept payment through phonepe. Recently I have ordered an earphone through Flipkart and paid by phonepe as I was getting a cash back of hundred rupees but in the terms and conditions it was clearly stated that you cannot use it for any transaction other than phonepe the Aakash back can be used only by payments made through phonepe. Now as I don’t want to order any other thing then the cash back there in the wallet only and I am not able to use it for any other transaction so this is very ridiculous as I cannot use of my own money for the transaction that I want now I am bound to use the money for only transaction through phonepe I am I to share a screenshot of that also. Subway for using the phone pe app just think twice that if you will tend to use your cashback you won’t be able to use it for all the transactions.
