The same experience that I face every time with this one is late transactions and late delivery of everything and never give our cashback that they offer. It doesn’t support some banks and I think it is waste rather than we can use BHIM or any other.
This is the UPI transaction wallet that we can directly transfer money from our mobile linked bank account to other mobile linked bank account. So this made transactions easy when it works properly then it worth. But for now it is not.
The layout and design is something clumsy in understanding the offers and getting the terms and conditions. What happen if they display every thing in content but they write it in terms and conditions. Who will never get back with terms.
The feature is that it mainly concentrate with UPI transactions as I mentioned but it is not user friendly. We have to check for each and every option carefully then only we will get to known.
This is useful for easy transactions but the working and offers they are providing and fastness matters. Because we are dealing with money. So maintain clarity how much they are deducting from your bank for each transaction and everything.
