Still, Pi Overseas lured me into paying ₹50;, 000 + GST (out of a total demand of ₹80;, 000 + GST) with false promises.
They conducted only audio call interviews with no company names, no locations, and zero transparency.
The interviews seemed designed for rejection.
Only a first name was given, and that person could not be found on LinkedIn as an immigration agent, recruiter, or anyone linked to genuine hiring.
This was never a real recruitment processit was a trap from the beginning.
When things failed, they tried to hide behind their one-sided refund policy. But the fact is:
Under the Indian Contract Act, any agreement made through fraud or misrepresentation is void.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, such one-sided refund policies are treated as unfair trade practices.
People involved in my case were:
Mrs. Anuradha (Initial consulter)
Miss Deepa (Document coordinator)
Mr. Jatin (Interview coordinatorhighly unprofessional, unresponsive ignored most of my calls, rarely called back)
Mr. Kunal (Job descriptions coordinatorpolite in behavior but still part of the fraudulent process)
This is not just unprofessionalit is fraudulent activity targeting innocent job seekers.
Beyond the financial loss, this fraudulent experience has caused me serious mental stress and emotional suffering. I trusted Pi Overseas with my career and dreams, but instead I was left with anxiety, sleepless nights, and loss of peace of mind.
