The pics art editor is best. I have tried android version and found this is the best editing app I have ever used till now. For posting pics on facebook and insta., I always uses this app.

The stickers are lovely and very cute. The are unlimited stickers to be used.
The specual effects are awsome, there are preloaded picsart effects which are awsome I always use them.
The drawing feature works well and easy to operate.
Personally, I can say it is a complete pack of editing tool.
