Picsart the popular image editing app . Picsart avaliable for android, IOS, and Windows . I really do love this app and everything you can do to make any pic amazing . But very unhappy with the fact that it has run constantly in background . It’s uses up way to much ram and then makes my phone start to overheats . So that is making me think about uninstalling. And then trying to find another photo editing apps .
