Wow, i decided to order on this site after reading reviews on ms. I was excited and a bit scared too, since i wanted the delivery in less than 2 business days, since i only had friday and monday in hand. I wanted to get a printed mug for my sister’s birthday with her photo and some other designs on it. That’s why i purchased two gift certificates worth 200 inr each.
To start with, i came to know that only one could be applied per order. I emailed the customer support about this and got a reply that they will revert by that evening. Again, i didn’t get any reply by that evening (thursday).i emailed them on friday morning and got a reply saying they were still working on it.i became really saddened that i won’t just be able to make it since their website mentioned the delivery time of 4-5 business days.
Anyway, i needed to do something, so i called up the customer support and starting talking about the gcs...the person who picked up the phone immediately recalled my name and said he will do it within 4 hours.i was unhappy, but then was surprised to see another email from picsquare. It had a 400 inr gift certificate and an apology for inconvenience.
I quickly placed the order and emailed them requesting to ship it the same day. They did and i got the tracking id. Next day being a saturday, i was shocked to get my package from bluedart. They had done it.
Too excited, i just opened the package and saw my lovely gift. The quality of the print as well the mug was good enough. It was microwavable and the design, the picture were perfectly printed. My sister liked the gift and at the end of the day, i was happy about it.

My tip : choose your product and place the order atleast a week before you order for a good delivery.if the customer care doesn’t respond to email, just a make a call to them, i am sure they will address your issue much faster.lastly, be careful while buying gift certs here, you can only apply one per order.this is not written on the gift certificate page, but you get this when you are on the checkout page.this really might embarrass you if you give it as a gift.
