It was my nephew’s first birthday last week and I decided to do something different. I was browsing and came across picsquare. I really liked the idea of personalizing a gift. I have come across product customization at large scale, but it never struck that I could do the same on daily use items.
I love the Internet!
Things that I liked:
a) online shopping experience at https://picsquare.com:Its was great. Lots of easy tools to do stuff with and great and very easy to use user interface at the website.
b) Quality of the Prints/Photo Gifts that you ordered:Excellent quality! I have shopped photo prints, key chains and mug and all have really been good.
Value for my money.
c) Picsquare service and customer support:Good, although I didn’t use much of the customer support. Also, the products were delivered on time. Thanks guys!
Areas to Improve:
a) add flowers/B’day cake where I can personalize the message. IMHO, it’ll certainly add a lot more to the website.
b) you should give albums free of cost to the customers :-). I understand the cost factor, but you can think of it as a promotion.
I have had great time with you people and I look forward to having more things with you.
