I used this first time at home, newly bought and was quite excited to use it, yeah it is user-friendly there are different cooking mode given, for making hot milk different option is provided, however the same goes to chapati and making dosa.
One can not cook using ordinary cooking ware. All you need is induction cooking ware(vessels) after using for more than a year I found it good, easy to use and durable, it looks good indeed. it is still working still I never contacted service support hence I don’t know about it.
