One thing I firstly must have to say, It is very slow in heating.
As compared to other devices it is too slowest regarding heating and at the same time it’s consume lots of electricity also.
Sometimes, it’s emit inductive sounds during cooking! really surprised I am. Also power of it gets cut in the time of cooking sometimes. its too irritating. Show E-4 error, it doesn’t work with a great potential at all. The heating area of this cooktop is too smaller as compared to other brand’s cooktop at this same Watts range.
It’s not a 1800 Watts cooktop surely. Because I also had another 2000 Watts induction cooktop of another brand, and whenever I compare this with another brand’s cooktop, result comes as, power generation of this cooktop at 1800 Watts is just less as compared to other brand’s 1200 Watts cooktops which generates exact this heat at 1200 Watts. It’s surely a 1200 Watts induction cooktop.
No any handy and durable tag is go with it in my opinion as I got proof. Style & design is average.
Due to all of these troubles of it, I contacted to the company service center, surprisingly they delayed and disappointed my query. Finally after a long time they came to my house and charged Rs.200 for repairing in spite of the being in warranty period!
Then after 25 days of repairing, the cooktop started to malfunctioning again! And when next time I contacted again to service center and that previous executive turned deaf ear or ignored me! Too much dime and disloyalty it is.
