Poor and terrible after sales service

I had purchased this juicer 2 months before and I have hardly used it. As the jar has got stuck in the machine from first use so it difficult to clean. The pigeon website or app does not have a single service centre listed in Mumbai as the option for city does not have Mumbai in it. The customer care number is always busy. These people have never heard of UI/UX I.e user experience. Absolutely unprofessional customer support people of pigeon. Thus pigeon is an disgusting and frustrating company which has terrible after sales Service in fact non existent customer service. Very bad juicer and poor customer support from pigeon.
