On 10th May 2022 I place an order for Rs. 6550/- on Pillsbills. The order #49623 was cancelled by Pillsbills due to non-availability of the product, for which the order was accepted and paid by me using my SBI Debit Card. Following this I recd a call from Pillsbills to tell me that the product I paid for is not available and asked if I want refund or alternative. I requested Refund. Then Pillsbills sent me an Email stating that the Order was Refunded(due to non-availability). I was happy with the email and left it at that trusting them. Now in Feb 2022, on preparing my accounts for end of FY Tax filing, I find that I have not received the refund of 6550/- as per their email. Upon checking their email again, I find that there are no specific details or even no Transaction No. or ID to trace the refund. I have checked All my Bank statements and Cred card statements and nothing has been received from Pillsbills.


Will say this much until this issue is resolved. Will update this review irrespective of the outcome.
