This is the Worst Service Provider I’ve encountered in my entire life. I purchased a HONDA ACTIVA HET model on Gudi Padwa i.e. 30th March 2014 & at the time of delivery found 3 scratches on the LEFT FRONT side of the Vehicle which was immediately reported to the sales person YOGESH.


He said that it will be replaced during the 1st Service of the Vehicle. 30th April 2014 I went to the SERVICE CENTRE for Servicing my vehicle, they told me that the part is not available and will be provided as soon as it is possible. Till this date I’m following up for the same thing and these "LOSERS" aren’t responding and trying to fulfill their commitment.


Another issue was about the TAX RECEIPT of my Vehicle, which they didn’t hand me over at the time of delivery mentioning that it has been despatched from R.T.O. After following up with them for about a month, ANUP tells me that it has been handed over to some guy named DEEPAK [ WHO THE F*K IS DEEPAK? ] After giving a warning, these people responded on 16th May 2014 with the TAX RECEIPT for my Vehicle and  kept me waiting for 5 hours at the BHANDUP Showroom just to HAND-OVER the TAX RECEIPT.


Whoever is willing to buy a HONDA vehicle please do not visit PILOT HONDA’s BHANDUP SHOWROOM or even CHEMBUR SHOWROOM as I’ve found that it is equally bad.
