The first thing that you notice as you enter Pind Balluchi is their façade which looks right out of the sets of a high budget Bollywood movie, in a good way, of course, representing the’pind’.
This sort of sets the tone that you are in for some authentic Punjabi experience. The interiors are done in great detail to give a village like customer experience. The food is great both in variety and taste, and you might end up licking your fingers after their butter chicken. The naans and rotis were soft, hot and tender.
About the service, their turn around time is quite low meaning that the service is pretty fast and you don’t really have to wait for the food. That’s actually something that amazes me. Given the footfall and the cuisine, it’s really great to see them maintain such a fast service to the guests without any compromise on the taste front.
Though the quantity is a bit of a turn off, the moderate pricing makes up for that.
