DO NOT get tempted by looking at their device. Just device is good but rest all is pathetic. They put alot of effort to sell their device. But once your business is down or you need to return or deactivate the device they are like putting cotton in their ears. They are not going to respond to your email. Rahter they will continue deducting monthly charges. They act as if we are bothered and they hardly care about their this costly device. On top of that they threat to take 12000 from you for the device if you don’t return the device in good condition along with ofcourse the monthly charges they have been deducting. I have been trying since past 2 months to get rid of this device as my business is shut and dropped them multiple emails but they just reply with auto mail saying sorry it’s taking longer than expected. But on the other hand their monthly collection department they remembe reverything and dropping emails and calling to collect monthly charges even though I am not using the device since past 2 months. PayTM returning process was much more smoother and better. Go for PayTM but definitely not PINELABS.
