Pinterest is the best website/app to save your favorite photos. I have been using it for a long time now. You can easily save a photo to your profile, and search a almost anything in a huge database of photos here. Both the website and the app do require a good internet connection though otherwise photos take time to load. You can also create boards, just like folders to arrange your pics. Overall a great concept and a great website.
