Pioneer Broadband has very frequent disconnection. Customer support is very inefficient. The internet never resumes in specified time. This is the worst broadband connection experience I have ever had.
I would suggest not to go with pioneer broadband. The have the worst service. The customer care executives are very rude, and will speak as though they are doing some kind of favour on you, by resuming your internet connection.
You will always get to hear that their technician is on they way, even if you call after 2 hrs.
