A big thanks to pioneer customer service team( Asiya, Uttam& Sneha) for suggesting very good hotel @ Saket plaza in Mahableshwar for 2N stay(4 adults). It has met all our expectations in terms to lodging, Ambiance and complimentary meals.

Support from customerService( pioneer): 4/5( good& satisfactory, could have been great if support was more prompt and timely along with providing choice of 4 star hotels) . No disappointments at all due to luxury& decent stay experience.
