I ordered a pair of earrings and bracelet and the delivery date was 10-15 days. First if all, which website has this much delivery time now a days. No worries, I still ordered. But the product didn’t arrive till 20 days of order. I called up their customer care. As they don’t even have a way to email them on weekend or off hours. and the response I get is just sorry and they can’t do anything now.
When the product arrived, it was totally different from what I ordered. The one I ordered had stones and costed 3000+ Rs - the one delivered was just plain metal. Am so pissed off from them- though I hardly write reviews - I am doing it so that others don’t get frustrated
