I have always heard that Pizzas from Pizza Hut tastes best. So to try them I went to this Pizza Hut outlet with my husband at Wonder Mall, Ghodbunder Road, Thane. The pizza may be tasted good but poor service quality disappointed us. We ordered a Pizza and waited and waited. To our wonder many customers who ordered after us got their order fulfilled before us because they are big orders.
Big order=More money, so nobody cared about our order. No token system or’first come first serve system’ exist here like Dominoz. To get one small pizza we had to wait for atleast 30mins. The waitress made a face when finally she came with our order, Everybody made us feel like our order was not worth fulfilling. Felt very bad and honestly speaking after this behavior of the staff we didn’t notice the taste of the Pizza. The ambiance was heavy and not cheerful at all. This ambiance is not ideal for friends or families or couples. Don’t go there.
