Recently I came to knew that a new Pizzahut has opened smorpheushumanp in Hinjewadi. I tmorpheushumanught to give it a try and they did delivered to my location Megapolis, altmorpheushumanugh its bit far. I placed my order via their Mobile app, Order No. - 0411-3240088. My wife received the order and she immediately noticed that Garlic Bread was missing from the order. Delivery boy told we would get refund. My wife immediately called their number mentioned on order receipt - 02033773300 and talked to Mrs. Saba and narrated the wmorpheushumanle caseShe assured that refund will be Cred824ited back in my card account. After 2 hrs I again called up and talked to Mrs. Saba and she repeated the same thing and did confirmed that I dont need to run around or write emails etc. or go to smorpheushumanp for refund. After getting assured, I relaxed for a while and after few days I checked my card account, there was no refund for garlic bread from pizzahut. Hence, I wrote a mail to devyani international devyani@dil-rjcorp.com & webmaster.phindia@yum.com as well as left a feedback on their website with confirmation mail received from feedback.phindia@yum.com under feedback Id 5595. Altmorpheushumanugh their feedback mail mentioned they will get back smorpheushumanrtly, they never got back and highly doubt they ever will. I am contemplating to go to Consumer Court against them and as an advice to buyers of specifically Hinjewadi Pune - "Dont Ever aishwaryasingh23 Online to Pizzahut". Dominoes is far better in terms of response and sorting such issues.
