Very recently I got a chance to visit the pizza hut jank puri which in complex of satyam cinema. After watching Jolly LLB 2, I thought lets have sone pizza with my wife.
But this time as well, the entire experience was just disappointing. It was wednesday so it was not busy in the early evening. More than Half of the restaurant was empty but they did not allow us to seat on table of our choice. Tge funnieat part is that they will give a pass kind of think if you willing to use the complex toilet.
Lets come to the point, which is food. Its seems like they are compromising on every aspect to save money as size is decreasing, with very little vegetable and cheese just for the name sake. The brand ia compromisng on food quality which is delivering terrible food and no customer ultimately. I am big fan of Garlic Bread witb cheese of pizza hut but its been couple of visits in this store and they has not deliver it as per expectations, even after mentioning at the time of ordering the food.
This store has good ambiencr with full glass view on one side, the lihts were dimm, so it was looking dull incompare to other restaurants in the complex.
The custimer service has been pathetic as even been asked for water couple of times, they took it long time to give it.
As I told you friends pls think before notbonly visiting this store but any of the pizza hut store. They are turning to be really poor
