I used to like the pizzas from pizza hut as compared to dominos and pizza corner etc. But now a days they are the worst Last week we went to pizza hut . They have very poor service, because of untrained staff. Their preparation and taste also gone worst.
I do not know is there something wrong in their preparation or using low grade raw material.Above all they have started charging 10% as Service Charges so it means tip is compulsory. So we land up paying 12.5 % Vat and 10 % service charges. It would be fine if the service or stuff is good. Its quality of food is deteriorating day by day and 10 % of service charge is really not worth the service and food they are offering. So I suggest if you want to have pizza better go to Nathu’s or Haldiram their pizza is much better than PIZZA HUT.
