Firstly, I’d like to mention that I’m not very fond of their pizzas since I am a Domino’s loyal. What I like in their menu is the variety of sides, out of which Fish’n’ chips remains my all-time favourite.
Yesterday, I went there for the same. Along with it, I ordered a chicken soup and a lemonade. Here comes the sad part. I had to wait for almost an hour while there was hardly any other customer to be seen. So you can’t really excuse yourself by saying it’s a busy day.
I was about to leave and asked one of the waiters to cancel the order, All of a sudden, my compete order was on my table. Wow! I mean were you actually waiting to test my patience? So not done guys.
Moving on to the food, after such a long wait, I found the fish n chips almost burnt and tasted pathetic even after dipping into the tartar dip. Just imagine, how bad it could have tasted without the dip. Also, the soup was very cold.
I asked them if they were just re-heated and served to me rather than freshly cooked. To this, one of their managers said in a very rude tone, we always serve fresh food, ma’m. Yeah, I can see that, right on my plate.I’m not going to go there ever, in the near future. Let alone recommending this one to someone.
