I ordered a EL MEXICANO NACHO PIZZA from Pizzahut, Pimple Saudagar branch on 21/12/14. They didn’t tell me on phone that this pizza was not available on their menu and will be launched later at the branch.
They charged me for EL MEXICANO NACHO PIZZA which costed me Rs 311/- and delivered a pizza which looked like Veg Spicy Twist on their menu.
In short, I was charged about a 100 bucks more for something which was not their on the menu and which they sold to me.
I called up twice to the Pizzahut customer care service complaining about this, they replied that someone from Pimple Saudagar branch would call up for follow-up but no one did.
Cr@p service and pathetic business sense from Pizzahut guys. I will not recommend Pizzahut, Pimple Saudagar to anyone I know.
