As a multinational brand we have certain expectations before ordering food in Pizza Hut, but unfortunately I am seriously saying that they disappointed me.
Actually this is not the first time I am ordering food in Pizza Hut but unfortunately last time they serve food without hygiene because when I take seat the table was not clean and even they won't clean the food waste even I ask to do so and atleast they takes 2 to 4 min to respond.
On the last visit, I ordered a veggie ittaliano pan pizza and a Belgian chocolate shake. Now it's very common as they will take at least 20 to 25 min for every order but when we enquire about the order they will say that "the order will deliver within minutes". Don't expect punctuality, it's my experience.
Finally they serve my orders but sadly I am not in a condition to take. At least I had enquire 3 times for my order, that much hungry I had.
As a food chain, At least they need to respond what the customer wants. You can imagine it's not a free service, we want to pay for it. For a single glass of chocolate shake wants to pay 200 bucks, or we need to pay 400 or sometimes more for pan pizza's. Then how we can tolerate the bad attitude towards customer.
Anyway most probably it would be the last visit in Pizza Hut.
