I have ordered many times from pizza hut but always had a problem. first of all the delivery is late and the delivery boy refuses to accept it, forcing me to accept it or he will go. the pizza and the side meals are not hot as promised, the crust is moist and it is very discomforting to be eaten. the beverages are always served higher than the mrp and all the advertising shows the price without taxes but it turns out to be a lot more expensive with extra gst levied on them like on beverages if you purchase the bottle from outside you get get it without any extra taxes only on company price but the vice versa happens in their outlets. the items look out to be old and just warmed before serving.
