Today I am here to share my drastic experience with pizza hut.I placed an order with pizza hut online website with my credit card.
I got confirmation from the website that delivery will be made to our specified address .
The deliver store which is located at gachibowli hyderbad càlled me after 2hrs and cancelled the order because it was not within their delivery limits and I was promised for refundinh of may payment within 10 days.
But by today it has been more than a month and after several calls to customer carr service, which on every call they promise me that refund will effect by end of today, but still no refund has been credited.
It was not user friendly and they tend to cheat people.Customer service does not provide correct response.
So frnds pls dont opt online delivery on this site.
